2. Photo Upload Processing

Our Partner Photo Energy Reading feature processes photographs as follows:

• Transient Processing: Uploaded photographs are sent to our AI processing service (OpenAI) for analysis and are not permanently stored on SpiritDial servers after the reading is generated.
• No Facial Recognition: We do not perform facial recognition, identity matching, or biometric data collection.
• AI Analysis Only: Photos are analyzed by AI to generate spiritual entertainment content including aura color interpretations, energy assessments, and compatibility readings.
• Third-Party Processing: Photos may be processed by OpenAI's vision models. OpenAI's use of data is governed by their privacy policy and data processing agreements.
• No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share uploaded photographs with any third parties except as necessary to process your reading request.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining consent from any individual whose photograph you upload.

3. How We Use Information

• Generate personalized readings and AI responses.
• Process subscriptions, manage credits, and deliver services.
• Send transactional emails and important notifications.
• Improve Services through aggregated analytics.
• Meet legal obligations (e.g., fraud detection).

4. How We Share Information

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• Service providers (Convex, OpenAI, Clerk, Stripe) receive only necessary data under contract.
• Disclosure may occur if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption, strict access controls, and firewalls. No system is 100% secure; notify us of suspected incidents. In case of breach, we'll alert affected users as required by law.
