Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how SpiritDial collects, uses, stores, and shares data for text, voice, and Lady Avalon Live features.

1. Data We Collect

• Account and identity data (email, user IDs, subscription identifiers).
• Usage data (messages, voice transcripts, feature usage, timestamps).
• Billing data through Stripe metadata and fulfillment records.
• Optional media uploads for supported reading features.

2. Lady Avalon Live Data

• Session metadata: local session IDs, Tavus conversation IDs, start/end timestamps, end reasons.
• Queue metadata: queue ticket IDs, position snapshots, ETA values, and queue status transitions.
• Usage/billing metadata: included minute consumption and credit overage deductions.

3. Webhook and Callback Data

• Tavus and OpenAI webhook payloads are validated, processed, and deduplicated by event identifiers.
• Webhook receipts are stored for retry-safe idempotency and operational debugging.
• Invalid signatures are rejected and not processed.

4. Retention Windows

• Operational webhook receipts: up to 24 hours in hot dedupe storage.
• Billing and fulfillment records: retained as required for accounting, disputes, and legal compliance.
• Session and queue metadata: retained only as long as necessary for product operations and support.

5. Biometric Boundary

SpiritDial does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition enrollment, or identity matching. Live-avatar interactions are for entertainment experiences and operational delivery.

6. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data. We share only required data with processors such as Tavus, OpenAI, Stripe, Clerk, Convex, and Daily (where applicable) to deliver features and billing.

7. Access and Deletion Requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible data by contacting privacy@spiritdial.ai. We honor requests subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
