Terms of Service

These Terms govern SpiritDial.ai, including Lady Avalon Live, subscriptions, and credits. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Scope

SpiritDial provides AI-powered spiritual entertainment and guidance (text, voice, live avatar, and generated media). Content is not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

2. Lady Avalon Live Availability

• Lady Avalon Live runs on limited concurrent capacity and may be unavailable during demand spikes.
• When capacity is full, you may be placed into a waitroom queue with estimated wait time.
• Queue position and ETA are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We may route you to voice fallback when live-avatar capacity is constrained.

3. Session Limit

Lady Avalon Live sessions are capped at 10 minutes per session. Sessions may auto-end at the cap, on disconnect, or due to safety/platform constraints.

4. Billing and Digital Goods

• Included Lady Avalon Live minutes are consumed first, then credit overage applies.
• Live-avatar overage is charged at the configured per-minute credit rate and rounds up by started minute.
• Consumed minutes and consumed credits are digital goods and are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled through Stripe or your billing portal.

5. User Conduct and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may not misuse the service, abuse platform limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may not upload unlawful, explicit, or harmful content.

6. Third-Party Processors

We rely on processors including Tavus, OpenAI, Stripe, Clerk, Convex, and Daily (where applicable) to provide identity, billing, AI processing, infrastructure, and media transport.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

California law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Irvine, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.
